The British multinational defence, security and aerospace company has appointed a Group HR Director.

Based in London, Lynn Minella will assume the role at BAE Systems on 11 June 2012 and will be a member of the executive committee.

Minella joins BAE Systems from Air Products & Chemicals, Inc based in Pennsylvania, USA, where where she is currently Senior Vice President of HR and Communications.

She previously spent 22 years at IBM Corporation, where she held a number of positions that included leading the HR function for the company’s software, technology, and global services Americas groups.
